What is the maximum number of passengers allowed onboard?

By law, the US Coastguard rules only allow 6 passengers plus our crew on charters. This gives our guests a comfortable first-class experience

We have a beautifully appointed Salon and Restroom for you to enjoy

Up on the Helm have 2 white leather banquets that comfortable sit 6 passengers for wonderful views

Down on the Cockpit we have Seating for 4 passengers with cocktail tables

Inside the Salon we have seating for 6 passengers

Onward & Upward requires 5’ depths of water to dock and our berth is 4.5’

What is required on your Charter?

1. We require a signed and executed Onward & Upward Events contract to confirm your voyage.

2. If you are not feeling well and are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 or it’s mutation we ask that you kindly reschedule your cruise, and we will be happy to accommodate you with a new cruise with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

3. Please wear white soled or boat shoes while aboard.

4. It can be chilly out on the water, so we recommend windbreakers and light sweaters as appropriate.

5. Please be advised that we do not allow coolers, or outside food & beverage. All cruises include bottled water, soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits, and some packages include gourmet prepared appetizers. We are always willing to tailor your needs for food & beverage. 

6. We have a Zero Tolerance policy for smoking anything, illegal and controlled drug use while aboard Onward & Upward.

7. Due to our white leather couches and white deck, we do not serve red wine, coffee, or tea aboard.

Weather

For all of us that live in South Florida, we know that the weather can be unpredictable. If there is imminent danger of high winds, seas or storms we will reschedule your cruise on the first available date.
